Yes. Every in-app booking is PetWalk Protected, with eligible vet costs and property damage covered while you're booked through the app.
How does pricing work?
Sitters set their own rates. Pet parents pay a small, capped booking fee shown in full before they confirm, and sitters keep the large majority of their rate plus 100% of tips. It's the fairest split in Canada.
When does GPS tracking happen?
Only during an active walk. Location stops the moment the walk ends, so tracking is there for safety, not surveillance.
